Exchange Policy

You can raise the size exchange request from 'My Account' section with ease or you can drop us a mail at support@theloom.in mentioning the new required size and you will get a revert within 24 working hours.
We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you and get a fresh piece made in the new required size and it will be dispatched as soon as it gets ready. In case pickup facility is not available on the provided pin code, customer has to ship the product back to The Loom office at her/his own risks, costs & responisbility within 7 days of receipt of the product.
In case of size problem, we can always get it exchanged to a size you need.
For Size Exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn & Tag should be intact and request should be raised within 7 days of delivery.
If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.
In case the new required size required is not available, Our Standard Returns and Cancellation Policy is applicable.

As soon as we get the product back, We provide a Store Credit - We add amount equal to the product value to your ' Loom Account ' . You can use this credit amount when you reach the cart/payment page of the website during your next purchase with us.
Store Credit will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the product back.
