Exchange Policy

Product delivered is Big/Small in size?Want a Bigger/Smaller size?

  • In case of size problem, we can always get it exchanged to a size you need.

  • For Size Exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn and request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • You just need to drop us a mail at support@theloom.in mentioning the new required size and you will get a revert within next 24 working hours.

  • We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you and get a fresh piece made in the new required size and it will be dispatched as soon as it gets ready.

  • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.

  • In case the new required size required is not available, Our Standard Returns and Cancellation Policy is applicable.

Want to return the product and buy a New Product adjusting the amount already paid?

  • The product should be unused/unworn and request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • You just need to drop us a mail at support@theloom.in mentioning that you need a STORE CREDIT for the product delivered and you will get a revert within next 24 working hours.

  • We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you.

  • As soon as we get the product back, We provide a Credit note/Discount Code of the same value as the product which is valid for 6 months for your next purchase.

  • Store Credit will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the product back.

  • You can use this store credit when you reach on the payment page of the website during your next purchase with us. The amount you have paid will get automatically adjusted after applying the Code.
